 All appointments must be made online so a card can be kept on file to be charged if you do not cancel or reschedule according to Beauty Spell's policies.  If you choose to book via telephone, please be ready to give your card information.

• Appointments require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. A fee equal to 50% of the base cost of your service will be charged to appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. Consultation and follow-up late cancellations/ no-show appointments will be charged $50.
• B12/wellness shot appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. A fee equal to the full price of the shot will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

• Any client who is charged a fee and provides an invalid debit/credit card will be banned from booking any future appointments with Beauty Spell Aesthetics.

No-show fees are non-refundable.

Please call or text should you anticipate a late arrival. 

To prevent delays in other patients' scheduled times, appointments will be automatically canceled and charged a late cancellation fee should you arrive 10 or more minutes late without informing your injector of your anticipated arrival time. Please note that not all late arrivals can be accommodated, even with prior notification. 

For a safe injection experience, young children must be accompanied by another adult during your appointment. Should your child become disruptive, you will be asked to reschedule and a non-refundable late cancellation fee will be charged. 

Aesthetic injectables and injectable vitamins often require refrigeration and special handling, and are sometimes ordered in advance based on appointments scheduled. In addition, Beauty Spell's services also require knowledge and skills obtained through extensive training and experience. For this reason, charges for services provided, products, cancellation fees, and no-show fees are non-refundable.
